Please call 704-641-0143 to schedule an inspection.  We will be glad to schedule your inspection and get the pre-inspection agreement delivered to you promptly.
We will inspect every accessible area of the home to look for damage, items not functioning as intended, or potential safety hazards.  The structural components, roof, crawlspace or basement, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, siding, decks, attic space, interior, kitchen and bathrooms are always included.  Every inspection adheres to the North Carolina or South Carolina Standard of Practice for Home Inspectors.  You can find a copy here.
For your convenience, we can schedule a termite inspection with a local firm to meet us at the home during our inspection.  We never accept a referral fee from the termite inspector.  We simply want convenience for my clients.
While working to provide the highest quality inspection possible, we provide competitive pricing.  Pricing is largely based on the square footage of the home, but other factors can increase or decrease the price.  Please give us a call at 704-641-0143, and I’ll be happy to speak with you.
Absolutely!  Serving you, our client, is of highest importance.  Referral fees are never accepted or given.  We are committed to providing an objective report every time.  We adhere to the Code of Ethics for North Carolina & South Carolina for Home Inspectors, which can be found here.
Typically an inspection will be 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. More time is alloted for larger homes.
Your presence at the inspection is highly encouraged but not required.  The inspection is a great time for questions and to look over the house yourself.  Feel free to bring up any concerns you have during the inspection.
The report is delivered as a PDF document.  The report includes the summary, pictures, checklists of components present in the home, and written comments describing the home and its defects.  Reports are normally provided the same day, but always within 24 hours of the inspection.
We are  happy to speak with you after the inspection to ensure you understand the report and have your questions answered.  Please call 704-641-0143 at your convenience.
Cash, Check, and Credit Cards are all accepted forms of payment. Payment is due the day of the inspection.
Many people choose to have a home inspection when buying or selling a home.  But it is also a good idea to have an inspection done periodically to ensure issues are identified early to save on costly repairs.
